The Let Go is my “GO TO to remind me to indeed LET GO!!! This has become my mantra. When traffic is awful, I remember to LET GO of the frustration! To focus on the fact that I have time alone to think! To stop and appreciate this precious time! When someone says something that makes no sense or is not realistic, I LET GO and remember that this too shall pass and is just a mere second in life. These are just a few examples of many LET GO moments in my day to day. The LET GO has become my therapy of mind and spirit!

I made my mind up a month ago and been practicing consistently, when I let a cuss word out, I stop and say three scriptures, when I complain I stop and Recite blessings and thanks for those blessings in my life. Then my mood changes to relaxed and happy.
Innocence of Destiny
The waves created by a handful of tiny stones tossed in a still pool, intersect based on the fate of that random toss.
The repetitious circles generated from a single origin are like the paths of our lives as they converge with those of others.
As our paths circle from day to day, we merge and pass based on the fate of time and direction.
Influenced by the unknown, we select a course based on our necessities and intuition.
Unaware of another’s path that might delight us, we establish anonymous circles, concurrent and distinct, forgotten by the insignificance.
By repetition or the innocence of destiny, when two waves, circles or paths intersect, they may unite and share the same origin from that point in time and on.
I needed THIS today. The lesson is upon me. I decided when I awoke that I would trust my process and not try to “fix” what is, but instead, breathe through it. It’s been less than 3 hours, and I’ve already failed! Then I found your email in your inbox. I KNOW I chose this life and I still have so much to learn! The timing of this piece could not be more on point for me today! Thank you, Charisse!
I went through many journeys caused or reflected in money, by what I wanted, gained or lost. Money means freedom to me and yet I feel dependent on it. Long time ago in a fight my partner said “I only see you smile when you hold a check in your hand.” The checks I received made me feel free and independent. To let go that I need money to be free to do what I want and be who I truly am is the process I am in. I want to smile and be my adventurous and happy self no matter the circumstances I have created with thoughts of lack. Switch to be my energy no matter what and expect the energy to be materialized. How? To do as if… seems the path. To expect support…. We can see things differently:)
I am enjoying your posts. A few months ago my friend forwarded your post and thought I would benefit from it. I really have and I thank you. Been forwarding it to other friends, too. This article really resonates with me, (PS they all do). I find I am very very happy when I have been and am single (I am now at 57). I rarely feel lonely. I find myself enjoying my alone time very much, and enjoying time with friends and family even more. Oftentimes I felt very lonely in the “relationship”. Keep up the great writing. For me, your posts are validating, and a nice reminder to “hold on” to the serenity prayer.
I agree that my disappointments, whether with animal or human, come from a lack of understanding on my part. thanks for the reminder.

My definition of Forgiveness: to abide in a state of consciousness whereby I extend in advance the knowledge that there is no harm.
I’ve ‘let go’ of belief in being victim before it is embraced.
So, if I wreck the car and my arm is cut, all that happened is an injury but there was no harm to me, the higher self.
I ‘let go’ by giving away judgment.
When something ‘bad’ today happens, the reality it that “you’ve been kicked up a stair” which means you’re given the event to move higher on your psyphic journey into great self.
I “let go” of accepting limitation, I embrace moving up.
I’m a widow now almost eight years. My husband of thirty – eight years never paid that much attention to holidays like Valentine unless I made him aware I needed something special this day. We married at twenty-five both immature and passionately in love. The reality of life came quickly as we decided to have a child within three months of wedding. We were spontaneous and sure this wouldn’t change us. We grew up and share a life together with our girls. I think if I had to say the best part of our partnership with my husband Joe, was he gave me freedom to grow/ change as I did him. It was the last fifteen years that I realized how important it was to let go of some of my expectations of him, especially the business aspect. I worked hard not to judge him and in return he was so happy to do what he wanted. This taught both of us greater /greatest intimacy for each other. I think you can work through the red yellow green but it takes commitment to each other. xoxo
Rosie, What a wonderful relationship you and your husband had. You are blessed to have landed in each others lives. I agree if a strong commitment is there the possibility of working through some of the Red and yellow flags is possible. Nothing is absolute. I am sorry for your loss. My biological father did not want children. So I was ignored which in itself is a form of abuse. After many years and then becoming a parent myself my ah ha moment surfaced! He didn’t hate me. He just didn’t have an innate desire to be a parent! It wasn’t his fault and it wasn’t mine. We’re all wired differently and not wanting children is not wrong or bad or anything negative. We are who we are. I wish that I had this realization earlier. I’d like to tell my younger self this.

As always my name sake reading your Let Go posts are a reminder to me if the Life that I am leading and the Life I’ve strived for. Change has been a part of my Life for as long as I can remember. I also remember at certain times in my life I have spoken certain Bible scriptures not knowing the exact verses. This too shall pass was one that helped me put things in perspective.
Over a decade ago I realized it only takes a Moment to change ones Life. My vision is too create an Environment where people thrive in their Moments. Create enough Positive Moments Life gets Better.
Keep it going Love you are a true inspiration to me especially since we share names. Continue to be Blessed n Highly Favored.

Good Morning Beautiful! You always PROVIDE in this forum, conformation for me on this Journey. I am continuously doing the work on Me. I’ve learned to continue to Give with a Grateful Heart n No Expectation except to Serve. I have always been Open n still am to Receiving, while understanding in time whats for Me will be that, JUST FOR ME! MY Expectation of my Future is Huge. I live in GRATEFULNESS N LOVE EVERYDAY for what I do have. The Freedom in just THAT is Grand. Whats coming is UNKNOWN AND EXCITING FOR ME. LIVING IN MY NOW HAS BEEN WOW! Keep feeding me my Beloved. No I don’t feel dirty or wrong, these are the things that make life AMAZING, to me. Am I Shallow Hal? I don’t really care to be judged,
and I’ll find my way. Not a fan of personal solitude as we go on for a full year now, I’m a mixer I guess, I like people yet I have a horror of crowds, so there ya go!

Sometimes life puts us in circumstances that, or with people who challenge us, who don’t get it at all, who are tone deaf to the needs of those around them. For the sensitive Empath, the only choice is to manage expectations, or else the ‘feelings’ of disappointment will take over and cause emotional outbursts. Do not hold the unaccountable accountable, or you will be the one who ends up looking like the fool.
Loving this perspective you arrived at through your horses. I am relating this approach to how I tackle my day and I can already see how much more open I am. I appreciate your sharing gave me permission to do the same, just differently without a hoof involved.

2024 is here….New Year’s day is a a day of doing nothing (very rare) except to do what feeds my heartfelt self. I will be walking on the beach, maybe getting a bite in town and see what music is playing in the town. That means to sit and listen without thinking what I should be doing. This has been a continual process learning to let go and be in the moment.
I have to let you know I enjoy your newsletter and I especially like your spirit. My daughter was a photographer on a shoot a long time ago and she was so impressed with you she told me to look you up….I did and always grateful beacuse I got to know you. I feel we are always learning and one of your newsletter spoke about saying four phases everyday and I have ; well almost evryday, haha . I’m sorry. Forgive me, Thank you, I love you.

Just read your lastest article: Are You Making Your Life Difficult. The part I would like to share is how all words carry a vibration and to choose words with higher consciousness. My experience with working with a therapist for myself and my family on commucation. What and how to say something to mostly my girls, that would resonate but also be authentic. The therapist would go over how to say something about a certain issue, how to use words/ sentences that would provoke curiously and allowing my girls to express themselves without judgement. This lead to my total breakdown on how to speak to my girls. I thought this is so hard for many reasons to break a thinking habit that this is crazy. But now decades later, I see the advantage I had working and knowing words matter. I still get every so often from my girls – Mom, if you wouldv’e said it this way! Haha I think the key is to be consciousness in the moment, catching ourselves for your own self talk or talking to your loved ones because they know you and can not be fooled. Rose xoxo

Dear Authentic Self ,
Although I have spent many moons and truly many years suppressing your magic. Restricting your breath , I know as well as you know — those are not our beliefs.
We kindly allow the world to think what they want to think , assume what they wish to assume. Unfortunately in doing so , this has often led us to some stunted growth. When people pushed for me to prove whatever capabilities they were seeking from us. I shut down and stood still. Paralyzed in the opinions — opinions most often from the people I thought I admired most.
Those always seemed to hurt more than anything.
To my surprise their hurt wasn’t causing us pain.
All along — it was me.
It was me standing in the way of me.
It was me doing all I knew how to do to protect our heart.
To build walls of scars to keep my sweet little girl magic hidden away from those who I thought were incapable of understanding our truths.
All that time , I was misunderstanding.
I wasn’t hearing your cues.
I wasn’t allowing the nudges and the instincts to guide me. Or maybe I was.
Maybe I was digesting the world before we found the right time to connect .
Connect with you , to deeply bond and bleed into one another.
To allow you to run the show.
You’ve been with me all along , You’ve been my guardian angel , you’ve been my support team , my inner custodian , my fairy godmother to say the least.
As I learn to let you lead ,
As I learn to step aside .
I thank you for all the roads you’ve gone down with me.
Every alley you kept me safe in.
Every shadow you’ve illuminated.
I apologize if I wasn’t as good to you as you were to me , but I thank you and I honor you as we learn to work in alignment and as a team, but you as my leading lady.
